Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
